Meals
The label “Fourchette Verte Junior” regroups all the restaurants which are committed to respecting two criteria:
1. A healthy and balanced “plat du jour” (daily menu), adapted to the children’s needs
- a nice portion of fresh and cooked vegetables
- a reasonable portion of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables or cheese
- quantities of starchy foods are adapted to the children’s needs
- good quality fat used sparingly: maximum one “fatty” dish per week (fried food, cooked pork meats, pastries, etc.)
- a dessert, most often a fruit or a dairy product
All table drinks are water and we use very little salt in cooking. There are no salt shakers on the tables.
2. The respect for our environment: impeccable hygiene, selective sorting of waste.
