Life at boarding school

Supervision at Champittet’s boarding school is based on Saint-Augustine’s motto: this defines life in the boarding school at Collège Champittet.
All the boarding students are respected and are given the best attention they deserve. Thus guided by true feelings of love, they will manage to surpass themselves in order to become who they deeply are.
This is possible thanks to a life emphasizing community spirit allowing every boarding student to develop both their independence and sense of solidarity and fellowship. Moreover, boarders benefit from supervised study and individual attention by teachers or young university students providing them with advice and support regarding study habits, organization as well as helping them in their different subjects.
Boarding students are divided into two sections, with rules appropriate to their age group and academic requirements.
- The older boarding students are regrouped from years 10, 11 and 12
- The younger boarding students are regrouped from years 7, 8 and 9
