International Baccalaureate
College Champittet is proud to integrate no later than the start of the 2009-2010 school year the International Baccalaureate Diploma’s programme in its curriculum.
Except for languages, subjects are taught and evaluated in English or in French. Non-French speaking students must follow a compulsory French course adapted to their language competencies.
The choice between the different subjects allows the students to structure the two last years of schooling in the light of their future university ambitions and academic abilities. The IB Diploma is highly respected by universities throughout the world, but, just as the French Baccalaureate, it may sometimes require a minimum Grade Point Average, notably for Swiss universities.
