Secondary school workshops

In order to underline the importance of creative and cultural activities at Collège Champittet and encourage team work, the Collège has established an instructive program with this goal in mind.

The workshops meet 2 periods a week and are mandatory for all students in 7th, 8th and 9th grades with the following two objectives:

• To focus on achieving one common goal
• To awaken curiosity and knowledge, working together actively with the teachers

The 7th years focus on the artistic domain, creating an exhibit or performance in the following:
Theatre – Scenery – Costumes –Journalism – Photography

The 8th focus mainly on action (physical – sports – or social):

• Development and use of a circuit training course
• Safety and first aid
• Creation of web pages

All the 9th years and the 10th Pre-Bac students work in an artistic and cultural area of interest:

• Movies
• Theatre
• Music
• Visual Arts
• Etiquette
